Green Vegetable and Fruit Smoothie

Healthy Smoothie - 2 glasses a day

1) Grind below items in a mixer jar for 2 minutes

    a) 1 fruit - Guava / Apple ( Green / Red ) / Kiwi  or any other fruit. 

    b) 3-4 leaves of  palak / pudina / raddish leaves / curry leaves / coriander or any other green 

        vegetable.

    c) 1/2 lemon.

    d) Pinch of black pepper powder, ginger powder and cinnamon ( Dalchini )

    c) Rock salt to taste. 

    e) 2 glasses of water.
