Ragi upma

 Delicious healthy recipe

1) 1 cup of ragi atta, mix atta by sprinkling water until ragi atta turns below 


2) Steam the above prepared ragi atta in cooker as shown below, so that ragi atta is cooked.
     Tip - One can boil peas in the same cooker in water. 
     


3) Chop vegetables, boil oil in pan, add musturd seeds, jeera, green peas, and cook vegetables


4) Add cooked ragi atta in pan and cook for 5 to 10 mins in slow flame.
    Garnish with grated coconut, coriander leaves, lemon, sprinkle butter milk, salt to taste.
